His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has shared his insights on the importance of happiness. On International Happiness Day, leaders of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah join forces with us to bring happiness to customers and the community. Speaking to mark International Happiness Day in 2019, H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, alongside leaders of Government entities, said the pinnacle of happiness was delivering on the hopes of the people and that a good Government does not wait for complaints – instead it is proactive in its approach. Under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the leaders of Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, Public Prosecution, Executive Council, RAK Courts, Ras Al Khaimah Police, Department of Economic Development, Public Services Department and RAK Tourism Development Authority also spoke on the issue. They outlined how everyone in Ras Al Khaimah was working hard to ensure the happiness of Emiratis and expatriates alike. -------------------- Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office (RAKGMO) was established under Law No. (5) of 2018, issued by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. Ras Al Khaimah Ruler tells graduates at a unique RAK Academy graduation ceremony: hard work is the basis for great success His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, was involved in a unique graduation ceremony for students of Ras Al Khaimah Academy, during which he told the class of 2020 via video message that he was proud of their achievements in the face of adversity, particularly in dealing with the unexpected challenges that have arisen from the current circumstances. Sheikh Saud expressed his confidence in the ability of the younger generations to turn these current challenges into opportunities before offering his congratulations to all the graduating students for showing the determination and perseverance necessary to achieve their goals.
